Welcome to JadeAura (hereinafter "this platform"). Please read these terms carefully before using this platform and its subscription services. By accessing this platform or submitting a subscription, you agree to all of the terms in this document.

1. Service Description

JadeAura provides a subscription service delivering natural jade monthly along with companion digital blessing ritual guides, and sells related accessories. This platform provides emotional comfort, cultural heritage and ritual experiences. It makes no claims of spiritual efficacy, fortune-changing, divination, healing or medical benefits. Users should regard it as part of lifestyle aesthetics and heartfelt companionship.

2. Subscriptions and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed periodically (monthly). Your first subscription constitutes agreement to automatic renewal under the chosen plan.
• Prices are as displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to adjust pricing, and will notify you by email at least 14 days before any adjustment.
• Payments are securely processed by Stripe. We do not issue paper invoices; electronic receipts can be requested by email.
• If a charge fails (e.g., due to insufficient funds), we will hold that month's box and resume shipping once payment is successfully completed.

3. Cancellation and Pausing

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, charges already made for the current period are non-refundable, but that month's box will still be shipped. You may also pause free of charge for 1–2 months. Both cancellation and pausing are completed in one click by email.

4. Shipping

• We ship to the information provided at checkout; please ensure your address and phone number are accurate.
• Mainland China delivery typically takes 3–5 business days; international delivery typically takes 7–15 business days.
• If a package is returned due to incorrect recipient details, refusal, or failure to collect in time, the cost of reshipping is borne by the user.

5. Returns and Exchanges

• Within 7 days of delivery, damaged, missing or defective items can be returned or exchanged free of charge and without conditions.
• Inclusions, grain and color variation inherent to natural jade are not considered quality defects.
• For jewelry, once the seal is broken, returns based on "not liking it" are not accepted, though you may contact customer service to arrange an exchange.

6. Disclaimer

Jade blessing rituals belong to the realm of spiritual and cultural life. Neither JadeAura nor its employees accept any liability for fortune predictions, disease treatment or financial advice based on jade. If you experience physical or mental discomfort, please seek medical care promptly.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including but not limited to text, images, digital ritual guides and brand marks, is protected by copyright and applicable laws. Reproduction, modification or commercial use without written authorization is prohibited.

8. Privacy Protection

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or on-site notice; continuing to use this platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from these terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, they shall be submitted to a court with jurisdiction at the platform operator's registered location.
